Notification of Company Name Change

With the approval of all required government agencies as of May 11th, 2016, we have changed our company name. Hereby we would like to inform you the following statements:

1. The Chinese name of our company has changed to “数安时代科技股份有限公司(abbreviated as 数安时代)” from “广东数字证书认证中心有限公司”. The English name of our company has changed to “Global Digital Cybersecurity Authority  Co., Ltd.(abbreviated as GDCA)” from “Guang Dong Certificate Authority Co., Ltd.”. While our name is changing, our legal status and our office address and contact details will remain the same.
2. The procedure of industrial and commercial registration of change modification had been completed on May 11th, 2016. Now, we obtained new business license and company stamp, it will be officially using since May 23th, 2016.
3. All legal liabilities and obligations of business, assets, debt and operating activities under the name of “Guang Dong Certificate Authority Co., Ltd.” will be undertaken by “Global Digital Cybersecurity Authority Co., Ltd.”.
4. All contracts and legal documents previously signed by “Guang Dong Certificate Authority Co., Ltd.” will remain valid, and the corresponding obligations and rights will be succeeded by “Global Digital Cybersecurity Authority Co., Ltd.”.
